We invite our network to participate based on our conviction that immersing one’s self in the wilderness of Africa can offer profound solutions to leadership issues. We also believe that as an executive search firm, our responsibility reaches beyond helping talent find new professional positions – we encourage personal growth and development. Goedman works with a number of renowned coaches and extremely experienced nature guides. Esther Goedman herself is also a certified nature guide.
Goedman Management Assessment
Goedman Executive Search is frequently asked by the Private Equity portfolio and family companies to assist in their search for talent, often following their acquisition (MBO/MBI), for a turnaround, or in the event of succession. A company’s success is largely determined by its human capital. Goedman may be called upon to conduct a management audit or assessment. We will ascertain management’s composition, strengths and weaknesses and development potential. And provide subsequent recommendations concerning the proper fulfilment of positions by current management or external candidates.
